Welcome to our Community Cafe at Saltash Wesley, open to the whole community, Monday to Friday from 10.00am to 12 noon throughout the year. You can enjoy a hot drink (including speciality coffees), pastries and biscuits, plus conversation and fellowship.
We prioritise sourcing Fairtrade products, and continue to purchase our filter coffee from Indigo Coffee, an ethical, sustainable and carbon neutral supplier. We also try to ensure that products purchased locally from Waitrose or Co-op are Fairtrade. Most weeks we are also able to provide cakes and occasionally fruit, which has been well received.
Warm Welcome Spaces
Now in our fourth year of being able to open our church premises for longer hours during the winter offering freshly cooked nutritious soup and a warm crusty roll on a Wednesday and a jacket potato with a variety of fillings on a Thursday, our ‘Warm Welcome Spaces’ continue to be well attended.
